I want to become a UTL program facilitator
What is the process to become a UTL program facilitator?
Program facilitators are required across Queensland to run the Under the Limit program. Advertisements are placed in the paper within a district area when program facilitators are required. If you respond to an advertisement and your application is successful, you will be required to attend the training course (usually 4 hours) with CARRS-Q staff.
After completing the training, you will be offered a course to teach when a program is needed in your local area. Programs are run based on the number of clients who have paid the fees and are ready to commence the program. Sometimes if there is a low demand in a particular area, it may be some months before your services are required. But we prefer to have a facilitator trained in advance of scheduling the next program, rather than trying to rush to recruit and train at short notice.
Individuals are welcome to send resumes for future employment opportunities to utladmin@qut.edu.au.
